~An alien refugee from an unknown planet crashes on a human colonized planet (Terra Prime) with an SOS for help to save his world from a hideous extra-terrestrial parasite.

The fate of the alien and his world are put in the hands of Senator Von Luft to forward the motion to the U.C.S.S. (United Communion of Solar Systems) whether to commit aid to the alien world and save them from impending doom.
